Preview. The venues are real NYC rooms, listed from public information. Every artist and show is invented for this demo, and checkout is simulated: no card is ever charged.
Terms of use
Draft for the pilot. Plain-language working version, last updated September 29, 2026. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before real payments go live.
LiveMusicNYC connects fans, artists and venues in New York City. Venues put on shows, artists play them, and we run the listings, advance tickets and bookings between them.
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure: whoever can open it can use your account. One person per account; artists and venues share a page by adding each other to its team, not by sharing a login.
The price you see is the price you pay. Fans never pay a booking or service fee on LiveMusicNYC.
Advance tickets count toward the number that confirms a show. If a show doesn't reach it by the cutoff, or it's cancelled, you're refunded in full. The details are in the ticket policy.
The venue sets its own door rules, including age limits. Bring ID if the show is 18+ or 21+.
Some pages start from public information, marked “Public info”. If a page is yours, claim it; we check every claim before handing it over. Once it's yours, you're responsible for what it says, and for having the right to post the photos you upload.
Tell us if something on any page is wrong with the “Suggest an edit” link, and we'll fix it.
An offer spells out the date, the room, the ticket price, the confirm number, the cutoff and the split. When the other side accepts, those terms are locked for both of you. If either side cancels a show, every fan is refunded and the cancellation is recorded on the profile.
LiveMusicNYC keeps a platform fee from the advance ticket money, shown on every offer before anyone agrees. The rest is split between the artist and the venue as the offer says, and paid out after the show.
Don't resell tickets above face value, impersonate an artist or venue, scrape the site, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend accounts that do.
We'll tell you before these terms change in a way that matters. Questions: hello@livenycmusic.com.
